Monday, May 24. The stone is complete on the outside of the house. The appliances are hooked up and carpet will be finished today. It has been so fun seeing the progress each week and watching the house come together. Moving day is set for Friday, immediately following the closing. It will be a long weekend of moving, organizing and cleaning. Don't you wish you could be here? :)

Progress
Monday, May 17, 2010. For the next two weeks, I'll add pictures when there are new things to show. Monday was a busy day. All the cabinets, countertops and sinks have been installed. The plumber will be in later this week to attach faucets and hook-up appliances. While we were at the house, we introduced Zoey to her new friends. The neighbors have a Boxer named Eason (6 months) and an English Bulldog named Remy (8 weeks). Needless to say, she was asleep by 7:30pm last night.

Graduation Day
May 15, 2010. My Saturday was filled with two graduations! Britton graduated from University of Wisconsin - La Crosse with his Masters in Physical Education Teaching (with an emphasis on Adventure Education). Storm graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing & Business. It was fun to have both familes in town for the weekend. Both boys are searching for full-time employment. :) [I don't have any pictures on my camera from Storm's ceremony]
Closing Day is Friday, May 28 !!
Friday, May 14. This next week will bring a lot of changes.. The stone will be added to the front of the house on Monday & Tuesday. They will finish installing the cabinets in the kitchen, laundry/mud room, and bathrooms. The lights and fans will be installed on the inside and outside of the house. The fireplace will be tiled and the mantle will be added. The plumber is coming back to install the sinks, toilets, and appliances. Enjoy the pictures.. :)
